We can’t promise you Beth Ditto on a moving bus, or that Alanis Morrisette will be there (but she miii-iiighhht!!!), but we can promise some of Portland’s finest musicians rocking karaoke like there’s no tomorrow. Tonight at Towne Lounge (714 SW 20th Place, across from Mazatlan at the weird intersection), we are getting jiggy with it at this unofficial MFNW pre-party.

And you know you want to drink with that guy. But folks like Nick Jaina, Talkdemonic, Point Juncture, WA and way more will be headed down. Karaoke space will be limited–we’re trying to make sure that all the musicians we have invited (who are being recorded for a future LocalCut podcast) will have a chance to sing. But you’ll probably get to sing, too. Especially if you show up right around 9:30.

This is going to be epic, and its official name is LOCALCUT FUTURE STAR KARAOKE EXPLOSION EVENT. It was supposed to be like a bad Japanese translation.
