Ah these chilly winter months. You get a little too drunk, maybe read a bit more than usual. Sitting by a fire is nice. Plenty of good local shows to see, because no one in their right mind tours in February. Right? Right?? WRONG!

LC tour diary alumnus Chris Robley recounts a short tour to California and it’s biblical implications in his one-shot story.

4 pm
Jason Merritt, a.k.a. folk-rocker Whip (see today’s Cut of the Day) talks swollen feet and German Playboy en route to Hamburg, Germany.

6 pm
Steve Schieberl, young genius of electronic music, starts on an epic tour to Scotland but winds up a bit preoccupied with missing his girlfriend.
