The High Violets release their remix album today, and it’s called Satellite Remixes. That crazy German, Ulrich Schnauss, lends his warm waves of remixness to this track off of the High Violets’ To Where You Are. Kaitlyn Ni Donovan’s vocals remain intact for most of the song, but Schnauss cleverly uses samples of her voice as part of the ambiance as well. He mixes her regular singing parts lower in the mix than expected, letting the music swell and ebb in the foreground. Psych is back!
