Things start out normal enough on These Are The Days 12, with the anthemic blaze of Red Dons and the primal stomp of the Wires. Recent Portland transplants Purple Rhinestone Eagle, from Philadelphia, carry the torch of normalcy too, but it all goes a bit Pete Tong from there with Fist Fite and Mattress throwing confetti everywhere before everybody chills out with Fast Computers and the Planets. It all wraps up nicely with the Caps. Maybe you’ve heard of some of these bands, and maybe you haven’t heard of others. If there’s one goal of these podcasts it’s to expose just one more band to one more person each time.
